This is a face-to-face role in our Bucharest office (Bd. Dacia 99). We are looking for either a part-time or a full time position.

Key Responsibilities
Â
- Proactively call and engage with leads who’ve shown interest in our programs.
- Provide potential students with information about our courses and answer any preliminary questions they might have.
- Record and update the lead information accurately in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Report on weekly call metrics and provide feedback on lead quality and interests.
Requirements

- Exceptional communication skills, with a love for talking to people.
- Ability to understand and articulate the offerings effectively.
- Positive, friendly demeanor with a genuine interest in helping potential students.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize calls effectively.
- Fluent in English.
- No prior experience required; however, familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
