About Fast Track
The condensed MBA experience in our version of mini MBA.
To cater the needs of busy professionals who are struggling to find the time for a full MBA, we created a new type of program, shorter and more concise, but which would nevertheless convey the essence of BISM’s MBA program.
Fast Track Management Program lasts 21 days, over 4 months (Friday – Sunday) and is built on the value drawn in class through the interaction with the lecturer and the other participants.
Where and how?
We run all classes in a physical setting, at our HQ (Dacia 99, Bucharest).
Classes take place during week-ends (Friday to Sunday), 9 to 16.
The specifics of our mini MBA:
What is similar to the MBA?
- Classes take place from Friday to Sunday, every other weekend
- The lecturers are the same
- The curriculum is based on the MBA structure
- You become part of the same alumni community
What is different to the MBA?
- The entire program is spread over 4 months, instead of 2 years for the MBA
- The curriculum is condensed and has a lower level of detail than the MBA
- Unlike the MBA, Fast Track has no homework or projects, relying on class interactions
- It doesn’t offer a final accredited degree
What can you expect from our

Our lecturers have both consultancy and business experience, using theory, examples and games to illustrate the concepts.
Our previous 10 editions have been fully booked, so make sure you inquire about the program fast – otherwise, you’ll have to postpone the start to a later date.
Remember that we start 2 intakes per year – one in Spring and one in Autumn.
A few questions answers from our alumni
Q: What motivated you to enrol in the Fast Track Management Program? How do you feel about your decision now?
A: I have been looking for a course to grow professionally for some time…to better understand in which area of business I am better and in which I am not and after reading about the program, it was exactly what I was looking for: access to a wide range of topics dedicated to any entrepreneur or manager.
Q: What piece of advice would you give to someone who is still undecided whether to join the program or not?
A: When you run a business or a team, being open to learning and improving your leadership skills, is a priority. And this program adds new leadership skills, evaluates existing ones and takes them to the next level.
Q: If you could retake each course and do it again for the first time, would you do anything different?
A: Yes, I really thought I would take some classes again where I have identified some weaknesses, I would like to go deeper.
