Masterclass: How to transfer ownership and not tasks?

This event is dedicated to the BISM Community (students and graduates of our programs) and guests.

When we transfer a task or an activity to someone, we would like to see both the task and its ownership transferred. In reality, many times the ownership doesn’t move to the other person and, because it cannot remain in the air, it naturally sticks with us.

TOPICS

• How can we let ownership go to the others (rather than ”how can we make the others take the ownership”)?
• And is the lack of ownership a trait of the people or the impact of a management behavior?

These are dilemmas that we will approach in the masterclass ”How to transfer ownership more than tasks?” that will take place on 9 May, at BISM HQ. We start nice and early, to give you time to then go back to the office and start transferring ownership.
