Matei Goncea is the European Marketing Strategy Director leading brand and communications strategy for more than 40 markets. A digital-first strategist with 15+ years of experience, he has shaped global platform thinking and award-winning work for brands such as Fanta, Sprite, Schweppes, Mezzo Mix, and Coca-Cola. He began his career at McCann, working his way up from strategist to leading major regional accounts and producing Cannes-shortlisted, Webby-winning, and category-defining campaigns. His background also includes media and commercial experience at Groupe SEB (Tefal, Rowenta, Krups). His work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, The Webby Awards, Golden Drum, AMP Awards, and multiple internal Coca-Cola global showcases.
Radu Atanasiu

Radu Atanasiu is Associate Dean at BISM and holds a PhD in managerial decision-making from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where he is an affiliated researcher. He has taught strategy courses in both Romania and the Netherlands. He is an angel investor, with a focus on Romanian tech startups. He has published two books in his fields of interest in Germany and the Netherlands, writes regularly for Psychology Today and Revista Biz, and hosts a podcast on MindArchitect titled “Decizii cu Cap”. Radu co-founded Sens, a suite of digital tools for strategic decision-making, and runs marathons wearing Mickey Mouse ears.

Raluca Popa

With 14 years of experience in finance, Raluca built her professional foundation in consulting and external audit (Mazars, PwC), managed complex financial processes in mature, globally present organizations such as L’Oréal, and since 2018 has been part of the Sameday story, a tech-enabled courier and logistics company that has expanded beyond Romania, where she has grown alongside the business and currently serves as Group CFO.
Alongside her role as CFO, she enjoys advising smaller businesses during their growth and scaling phases, helping founders turn ambition into sustainable execution.
