Strategic Growth
Management Program
The strategy studio for senior leaders driving sustainable business growth
The Strategic Growth Management Program is a modular, practitioner-led program designed for senior executives and established entrepreneurs who want to drive sustainable business growth. You’ll work on your real business challenges, design growth strategies, and develop the adaptive mindset needed to navigate complexity and uncertainty.
Built around the universal theme of “strategy for growth”, every module connects into a cohesive learning journey that turns multiple strategic perspectives into practical action.
SGMP’s core value lies in its ability to turn strategy from theory into reality. The program equips leaders with strategic clarity, advanced decision approaches, and applied tools, while strengthening a mature leadership mindset capable of adapting strategic thinking to real-world conditions. Its modular structure balances depth with flexibility, and the learning experience blends critical thinking, hands-on practice, and personal leadership development. Participants leave with sharper judgment, stronger strategic decisions, and the confidence to act with meaningful impact.

Team Leadership for Growth (18-19 September 2026)- Alina Costache, Founder& Neuroscience-informed leadership advisor, OdysseyLabs
Face to face: 18-19 September, 09:30-16:30 daily
Online follow-up: 2 October, 10:00-13:00
The shift from leading a team that revolves around you to one that leads alongside you is the single hardest and most necessary move at this stage of growth. This module starts with a diagnostic of the team you have vs. the team your growth strategy requires, then embeds the make-or-break practices of high-trust, interdependent teams, co-ownership of strategy, co-responsibility for tough calls, disciplined prioritisation, real-time course correction, and teaming out into the ecosystem, examining both the leader behaviours that kill each practice and the avoidance patterns that keep teams comfortable and leaders indispensable. The deeper work tackles two interconnected challenges: orchestrating productive friction so that real pushback becomes safe and expected, and the neuroscience of letting go, understanding why redistributing authority feels threatening even when you know it's right, and how to work through it rather than around it. -
Building and Managing Organisational Culture (9-10 October 2026) - Adi Stanciu, Associate Dean at BISM, Organizational culture consultant, former corporate executive
Face to face: 9-10 October, 09:30 - 16:30 daily
Online follow-up: 2 November, 10:00-13:00
Culture is a strategic lever. This module introduces the structure–culture model and the case for intentional cultural management, building a clear cultural vision and truly living your values, before exploring the levers through which culture is built and sustained: mission and philosophy, structures and operating processes, management systems, and the distribution of power. It culminates in a follow-up assignment where participants measure the current culture of a real organisation, identify the desired culture, and develop concrete recommendations to close the gap, drawing on survey data, stakeholder interviews, and analysis of how the levers of culture are deployed in practice.
CAPSULE 3 - Strategy Technologies & Frameworks (Optional). Technology, AI, Business Models, and Ecosystems (November 13 - December 12)
-
New Medium. New Rules (November 13) - Vladimir Oane, Co-founder Deepstash, lecturer of Digital Transformation, EMBA BISMEvery time a new technology emerges, the natural instinct is to use it to do existing things faster or better. The real opportunity lies elsewhere, in the entirely new experiences the technology makes possible for the first time. Drawing on Marshall McLuhan's insight that "the medium is the message," this session gives leaders a practical framework for reading technological shifts before they become obvious, and for positioning their organisations to act on what others haven't yet seen.Moving from examples in music, film, gaming, and tech to the organisational level, the day explores what it takes to spot these shifts early and build a company capable of acting on them. It closes with the question that sets the stage for everything that follows: if AI is the new medium, what is the new message?
-
Leading in the Age of AI: Understand the Tech, Become AI-Native, and Transform Your Organization (November 14-15, face to face, followed by an online follow-up) - Dan Oros, COM GoogleAI is not an incremental shift. It is ten times more impactful and ten times faster than the Industrial Revolution, and leaders who lack a structural understanding of it will find themselves making strategic decisions in the dark. These two days are designed to change that, giving leaders the mental models and hands-on capability to engage with AI as a strategic force, not just a productivity tool.Starting from a full-stack view of the modern AI landscape and moving through how AI actually works, explained intuitively and without unnecessary technical depth, the session builds the kind of grounded understanding that makes strategic conversations about AI confident and concrete. The final stretch is where learning becomes action: what it means to become a truly AI-native executive, and how to bring AI meaningfully into the organisation for real business impact.
-
New Business Models and Ecosystems (December 11-12, face to face, followed by an online follow-up) - Radu Atanasiu, Associate Dean BISM & Founder SensThis module gives leaders a practical toolkit for rethinking how their business creates, delivers, and captures value. Moving through three interconnected concepts, value proposition, business model design, and platform ecosystems, participants learn to diagnose and reshape their current model, identify what they are truly selling and to whom, and explore how ecosystem and platform thinking can open up entirely new growth opportunities.
Who is SGMP designed for?
SGMP is designed for senior executives (including successors and high-potential leaders in senior management roles) and established entrepreneurs. Participants in the first two learning groups typically had 13+ years of management experience, an average age of 42-43, and a strong need for strategic clarity, deeper decision-making capability, real-world relevance, and immediate business impact.
