AI for Sales: Diagnose the Problem. Build the System. Execute.
September 4 @ 4:00 pm - September 5 @ 4:00 pm
€490

Most sales processes are not broken, but unwritten, therefore difficult to scale. The qualification criteria exist in someone’s head. The follow-up happens when someone remembers. The proposal gets written from scratch each time. Most professionals who leave a training session on AI leave with ideas. This workshop is designed so they leave with a system.
Every participant starts by identifying the sales problem that hurts the most. That diagnosis is the entry point: it determines what gets built, in what order, and where AI creates the most leverage. There is no generic curriculum. The work is shaped by what is actually broken.
Day one is diagnostic. Participants map their sales process, identify where execution depends on memory rather than system, and build their AI foundation: their professional profile, their ideal client, their voice and rules. This is what makes every AI output that follows sound like them, not like a template.
Day two is execution across five modules, each structured around a real sales problem. Participants use AI to build the assets they actually need: an outbound sequence, a discovery workflow, a proposal structure, a pipeline review ritual, assembled at the end into a single playbook they can run the next morning. Every module ends with a deliverable, not a slide.
AGENDA
Day 1 — Afternoon (Friday 16:00 – 20:00)
Sales Execution Map Each participant maps their full sales process and identifies where execution depends on memory, effort, or heroics rather than system. The group shares findings. The facilitator clusters the patterns. By the end of this session every participant knows exactly which Day 2 module matters most to them.
AI Profile and Foundation Setup Participants configure their working AI foundation: professional role, ideal client profile, voice and tone rules, what AI should never say on their behalf, and two or three examples of their own writing. This is the layer that makes every subsequent output sound like them rather than a generic template. Output: AI Personal Profile, saved and ready to use in every module that follows.
Prompt Fundamentals Participants write prompts for three real tasks they need this week, score each other’s output against a shared quality rubric, and iterate until the gap between first attempt and third attempt is visible to everyone in the room. The exercise replaces theory with direct experience of what a well-configured prompt produces versus an unconfigured one.
Day 2 — Full Day (Saturday 09:00 – 16:00)
Each module follows the same structure: short framing, hands-on build, peer review and share. You work on your actual sales situation, not a case study.
ICP and Outbound Personalization Participants document their real ideal client profile based on actual closed deals, then build a personalized outbound sequence: four to six steps, real prospect context. The before and after comparison is done live in the room. Output: documented ICP and an outbound sequence ready to send.
Discovery Prep and Post-Call Workflow Participants build a pre-call preparation prompt for their most common meeting type, a note-taking structure for the call itself, and a post-call routine that produces a CRM update, a follow-up email, and a task list in under five minutes. Output: Discovery Guide covering what to do before, during, and after every sales conversation.
Proposal and Value Narrative Participants bring a real proposal they are working on or a recent one that did not close. They rebuild the value narrative using the client’s own language from discovery, add credible impact logic without unsupported claims, and stress-test the result from the perspective of a skeptical evaluator. Output: restructured proposal template calibrated to their sales context.
Pipeline Discipline and Weekly Review Each participant runs their actual pipeline through three diagnostic lenses: where deals stall, which sources produce the best outcomes, and what separates how top performers behave from everyone else. They build a weekly review ritual that surfaces risk and drives clear decisions. Output: Weekly Pipeline Review template they can run every Monday in under thirty minutes.
Sales AI Playbook This is the synthesis session. Participants assemble everything built across the two days into a single structured document: their Sales AI Playbook. It contains their ICP, their prompt library, their outbound sequence, their discovery guide, their proposal template, and their pipeline review ritual, with governance rules and an update cadence. The session ends with each participant presenting one before-and-after from the two days. Output: Sales AI Playbook v1, ready to use or share with a team the following morning.
Closing and Commitments Each participant states one thing they will implement in the next seven days. Pairs are assigned for accountability. The group receives a 30-day follow-up structure.
PARTICIPANTS WILL LEAVE WITH
- A guided diagnosis of their actual sales process: where it relies on system and where it relies on luck, memory, or the right person having a good day.
- A configured AI foundation built around their voice, their clients, and their standards, the layer that makes AI output sound like them rather than a generic template.
- A set of execution assets calibrated to their sales reality: an outbound sequence, a discovery workflow, and a proposal structure, each rebuilt around how they actually sell.
- A pipeline review ritual that tells them what to do with each opportunity, not just how to report on it.
- A Sales AI Playbook that brings all of the above into one document: structured, governed, and ready to hand to a team or pick up the next morning.
