About the program
Future Ready Leadership is where macro meets micro. It combines:
- a systemic, outward-facing lens - reading global trends, scanning the horizon, making sense of a world that is moving faster than our mental models, with
- a deeply personal, inward-facing one: understanding how your brain processes uncertainty, where your cognitive biases live, and how to rewire your decision-making from the inside out.

Participants will learn to look at the present from the future, not from the past. While the brain is naturally wired to predict what comes next based on previous experience, this program introduces a new paradigm: one that honors the past while deliberately making space for the unknown.

Module 1: The Neuroscience of Future-Ready Leadership & Adaptability Quotient (AQ)

This module introduces AQ as the defining leadership competency of our era beyond IQ or EQ and gives you the neuroscientific understanding and practical tools to lead with adaptive confidence when the rules of the game keep changing.

- How do you perform today while genuinely preparing for tomorrow? This module builds your futures literacy, sharpens your systemic perspective, and gives you a practical foresight methodology - including a horizon scanning routine you can run with your team long after the program ends.

Diana Stafie is a Strategic Foresight consultant and the founder of Future Station, a boutique consultancy that helps organizations anticipate change and design resilient strategies for the future.

She works with executive teams, boards, and institutions across Europe to explore emerging trends and build future-ready responses. She undertakes solid research and leads innovation workshops or strategic planning processes across various industries. Diana is educated in foresight at the University of Houston, the Institute for the Future in California, the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, and through the European Certified Future Strategist program. Before that, she worked many years in finance in both Big4 or in a Dutch corporation, as an expat.
Carlos Davidovich
Carlos Davidovich is an international Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience supporting the development of leaders and management teams across Europe, the USA, and Canada.

Raised and educated in Argentina, he combines his medical training with expertise in neuroscience to deliver workshops and lectures on Neuromanagement, applying insights from the brain to drive sustainable organizational and personal change. Currently based in Madrid, Carlos works with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and has held executive roles in multinational pharmaceutical companies, specializing in biotechnology applied to human health.
