In every organization, up to 80% of employees’ time is dedicated to communication and conversation. While speaking is a fundamental tool for action and decision-making, the art and discipline of effective dialogue often remain overlooked. However, reshaping the nature of these conversations can be a catalyst for profound performance improvements within a company.

Something that is very rare in today’s world is genuine inquiry – an invaluable skill of listening without constraints of preconceived notions, biases, or rigid beliefs. While our initial thoughts and assumptions allow us to quickly assess situations, they often limit our capacity for deeper, more nuanced understanding. True dialogue encourages a shift towards deliberate, thoughtful reflection, a flow of meaning, enabling us to explore new perspectives.

• David Kantor’s 4 roles we play in conversations and how to use them to get into dialogue
• The 4 fields of conversation and getting into the flow

The masterclass is addressed to anyone who wants to discover another option of the paradigm “communication = impose your opinion” and use a tool of collective leadership, no matter the role played in organizations.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Monica Aliman is an entrepreneur turned into a transformational coach and team coach, with a mission to assist and guide teenagers and young adults to discover and use their full potential. With a career of +10 years in sales and marketing in various industries, she founded her marketing agency and later co-founded the delicious brand Pain Plaisir, bringing high standards and quality artisan bakery products for all Romanian gluten lovers. In the last 4 years, she joined The Entrepreneurship Academy as team coach and stood aside 5 teams of students, along their transformational journey into adults and entrepreneurs.
