Have you ever felt frustrated, or angry at yourself after failing to tell your needs?
Have you ever felt that people are crossing your boundaries and you just cannot react?
Were you ever left wondering why you say ‘yes’ to something when instead you wanted to say ‘no’?
Setting boundaries is one of the most difficult things to do because we fear we might upset people, that people might lose their confidence in us, or sometimes just because we don’t know how.
This 3-hour workshop will teach you the info & skills you need to start setting boundaries and get your freedom back.
