ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Andrei Sandu has more than 20 years of professional experience in the IT services industry. He built his career in the corporate world, and then he switched to entrepreneurship. Throughout the journey he has transitioned out of, and consequently into several leadership roles at operational, executive and board levels.
One constant throughout his journey was continuous education, either searching for domain specific knowledge, or learning management techniques, or building up leadership skills. From a formal perspective he holds a PhD and an EMBA, while from an informal one he has learnt more by trying and failing with several initiatives.
