In this one-hour EMBA sample class, we will explore the evolution of modern organizations and their impact on business performance and leadership. We’ll discuss how changing employee expectations—from leadership styles to workplace culture—are influencing engagement, innovation, and overall success. Understanding these dynamics will equip you to better navigate and lead in today’s complex organizational landscape.
This session will not only provide valuable insights into organizational dynamics and employee expectations, but it will also give you a firsthand experience of the interactive and thought-provoking nature of an EMBA class. We will conclude with a Q&A session, where you can ask questions about the program and assess if this executive education journey is the right fit for your professional goals.
