Half-Day MBA Experience – May 2026 with Cosmin Alexandru & Florin Ilie

You’ve heard others talk about an MBA, you may even know people who studied it, but you’re still in the dark when it comes to the program. Why is it so well viewed in the business world? Over the past 15 years, we’ve dealt with these questions many times, so we may have a few ways to answer them. ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Cosmin Alexandru

Cosmin Alexandru is a learner, a breaker, and a builder. Currently he is a consultant in leadership team development and a team coach. For the last three decades he enjoyed working as an entrepreneur, CEO, consultant, coach, and educator, leading several organizations to create a positive impact in the fields of business and education in Romania. Florin Ilie

Florin Ilie is Director and Business Development Advisor at ING Bank Romania, with experience across banking, academia, consultancy, and diplomacy. He previously led Equity Markets at ING and was ranked among the top CEE equity analysts in 2012. He holds degrees from Harvard, the University of Manchester, and ASE Bucharest.

ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE MBA

Our part-time, 2-year Executive MBA equips managers and entrepreneurs with a combination of soft and hard skills that will help them become better leaders.

The program takes place over weekends (Saturday and Sunday), every other weekend, in Bucharest. Presence at the courses is mandatory, either physical or online when needed.

The BISM Executive MBA focuses less on exams and more on applied learning. Each course includes both individual and group assignments based on real business challenges, often directly applicable to your own organization.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate degree (or higher)
Minimum of seven years of relevant work experience
Minimum five years of managerial or leadership experience
Proficiency in written and spoken English
