Who is Sens? Sens is a project imagined, founded, and created by:

• Radu Atanasiu, PhD, MBA pre-BISM CEU06, Associate Dean @BiSM, lecturer and researcher on managerial decision-making.
• Ruxandra Avramiuc, Eng, MBA BISM RO13, serial entrepreneur.
• The Sens Development Team: Andreea Gae, Carmen Tihoc, Alex Niță, Cristian Popescu, Octavian Cojocaru.

What is Sens? A suite of digital tools for:

• Strategic decision-making. Sens guides managerial decision-making with tools (such as 5Why, Clarifier, Stakeholder, Matrix, and PreMortem) across canvas-mapped thought processes. The first such process is Problem Solving. Business Model Canvas, Project Closure, and Mission-Vision-Priorities will follow. 
• Team alignment. In team mode, each teammate is prompted to craft their own perspective. Perspectives are then shared (anonymously, to prevent anchoring), discussed, and aligned. 
• Decision visualization. Each session generates a report documenting all decision-making steps. The report is meant for documenting and sharing the strategic decision-making process.
