Masterclass Transformational Leadership – Getting ready for what’s next
21 Oct 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pmFree
We were told we need to prepare for the VUCA world, but we had no idea that we’ll be in the situation we are now. The pandemic has meant having to constantly change and adapt to new situations, new outcomes, new restrictions. And this all happened while as leaders, people looked up to us for guidance.
While it may seem that we have been through some part of it, the need to prepare for the future is still there. Join us in this evening masterclass where we look at what’s next and how to start getting prepared.
We will be discussing things like:
- Leadership in change
- Decoding potential
- The psychology of change
- How do leaders prepare for what’s next
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The masterclass is a great fit for those managing teams and businesses or looking to grow into a management position in the future.
