One Day EMBA Experience 2025

In uncertain times, investing in your development is one of the smartest strategic choices.

You’ve heard others talk about an MBA, you may even know people who studied it, but you’re still in the dark when it comes to the program. Why is it so well viewed in the business world? Who is it for? And what is the ratio between what you take from it and what you have to invest, money and time wise?

Over the past 20 years, we’ve dealt with these questions many times, so we may have a few ways to answer it. Moreover, our former students have even more insight, so join us all and get the Executive MBA Experience for one day.

We will meet on 1 March at BISM HQ (Bd. Dacia 99, 3rd floor) to:

• get a taste of an EMBA class
• meet some of the lecturers from our programs
• talk to former students and see what their experience was like
• have a relaxed brunch and check out the school premises
• have a session on career development
• have a Q&A session on all things MBA

SPEAKERS

Mircea Țiplea is a Change Management Lecturer with over 20 years’ experience in management positions. Working in different business environments, from multinational companies to private equity and consulting, Mircea used his experience to generate his own entrepreneurial projects, developing start-up projects in various industries, from hospitality to agriculture, energy, CSR and international forwarding industries. He has built in-depth expertise in strategy, business transformation, leadership development and cultural change.

Mihai ZANT  is an Executive Coach, International Trainer and Managing Partner in HUMANISTIC and the Co-founder of CareerShift.ro. Together with his teams at HUMANISTIC he is delivering corporate development programs on leadership, systemic thinking, agility and communication for clients like Microsoft, IBM, Societe Generale, ING, HEINEKEN, Groupama, Allianz, Telekom, Vodafone

The speakers are lecturers and partners in the BISM Executive MBA Program and Fast Track Management Program. Our part-time, 2-year, Executive MBA equips managers and entrepreneurs with a combination of soft and hard skills that will help them become better leaders.
