This 3-hour workshop is designed specifically for managers & HR people who want to have a better understanding of their employee’s mental health, of what it is to have mental health, and to better identify and intervene when things get tough.
Minimal amount of theoretical info, only evidence-based, practical framework to intervene  & discuss of your case studies.

09:00 – 09:30 Theoretical overview – what it means to think about mental health
09:30 – 10:30 Practice skills on recognizing & comunicating about mental health in the workplace
10:30 – 12:00 Discuss case studies from participants
Audience: managers, HR personnel, People & Development managers who work closely and/or are involved in the daily struggles of their employees and want to develop skills to identify and intervene in mental health crises.
Suitable for both on-site and remote/ hybrid workforces.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
My name is Irina Paraschiv, I am a psychotherapist & emotional educator, RO 8 Alumni.
I’ve been a practicing psychotherapist for close to 14 years now. In the past years I started to become interested in explaining mental & emotional skills ti people in simple and actionable terms, so I became an emotional educator.
