The 3 days course on Business Growth delivered by Sergiu Negut is taking a sharp strategic look at identifying growth opportunities, analysing the most typical growth scenarios for companies of different sizes, with different governance models and from different sectors. Most common pitfalls and strategic errors leading to failure and stagnation are being reviewed. Extraordinary growth stories are being explained. Examples and case studies from literature, from market knowledge and from his own growth experience as manager, investor and consultant are being revealed. About the speaker
Sergiu Negut (http://www.linkedin.com/in/sergiu) is Associate Dean with Maastricht School of Management Romania and Co-Founder, EVP of FintechOS, a high growth technology company. Sergiu has a broad experience in decision making for growth as Investor, Executive or Non-Exec Advisor, in industries ranging from technology to healthcare and retail. He has triggered or assisted growth in corporate and entrepreneurial settings, relying on organic or investment based financing. His entertaining delivery style has won him multiple best speaker awards. As a proud INSEAD graduate and firm believer in business education, Sergiu considers his MBA as the beginning of a journey to understand, grab and build business opportunities.
