In this environment, traditional leadership models fall short. To thrive, leaders must develop adaptive capacity, systemic awareness, and emotional resilience — leading with clarity and trust when certainty disappears.
Our new executive program, “Leading in a BANI World – Building Adaptive and Systemic Leadership”, launching in November 2025, helps senior leaders build exactly that. Adi Stanciu is a highly experienced leadership and culture expert who has led major transformation programs across Romanian organizations. He specializes in corporate culture, change management, and leadership development, helping leaders and teams build adaptive, high-performing cultures.
