With our November 2025 EMBA cohort filling fast and this being the last information session of the year, now is the time to take action.
You’ve heard others talk about an MBA, you may even know people who studied it, but you’re still in the dark when it comes to the program. Why is it so well viewed in the business world? Who is it for? And what is the ratio between what you take from it and what you have to invest, money and time-wise?
Over the past 20 years, we’ve dealt with these questions many times, so we may have a few ways to answer it. Moreover, our former students have even more insight, so join us all and get the Executive MBA Experience for one day.
We will meet on 28 October at BISM HQ (Bd. Dacia 99, 3rd floor) to:
- get a taste of an EMBA class
- meet some of the lecturers from our programs
- talk to former students and see what their experience was like
- have a relaxed brunch and check out the school premises
- have a session on career development
- have a Q&A session on all things MBA
This is the last One Day EMBA event until 2026. If you’re considering joining the November 2025 intake, this is your final chance to experience the program firsthand, meet our faculty, and speak with alumni before applying.

SPEAKERS
Radu Atanasiu is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs & Lecturer of Thinking and Deciding in Business. He graduated with an MBA from CEU Business School and has a PhD in Business at ABRI/VU Amsterdam on the topic of managerial heuristics. He also published a book in 2021, Critical Thinking for Managers and a podcast in partnership with MindArchitect.ro, Decizii cu Cap.
Adrian Stanciu is a highly experienced leadership and culture expert who has led major transformation programs across Romanian organizations. He specializes in corporate culture, change management, and leadership development, helping leaders and teams build adaptive, high-performing cultures.
ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE MBA
Our part-time, 2-year, Executive MBA equips managers and entrepreneurs with a combination of soft and hard skills that will help them become better leaders.
The Executive MBA is a part time program, taking place over weekends (Saturday and Sundays), every other weekend, in Bucharest. Physical presence at the courses is mandatory.
Being an MBA program for working professionals, the BISM Executive MBA is less about exams, but more about individual, applied assignments. Usually, for each course you complete both group and individual assignments focusing on actual problems of an organization which you can apply to your own organization. This not only helps you to put your knowledge into practice, your company benefits from your knowledge right from the first course.

For the BISM EMBA (offered in partnership with Maastricht School of Management), applicants must meet the following requirements:
Undergraduate degree (or higher);
Minimum of seven years of relevant work experience;
Minimum five years of managerial and leadership experience;
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
