ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Ștefan Baciu MBA, Country Manager Romania & Moldova, SAS
Ștefan is the country manager of SAS, the world leader in advanced analytics and machine learning software. He has worked for 16 years in the analytics & machine learning industry for major companies like Oracle, IBM and SAS. He is an ambassador for the power of AI and a speaker in all major conferences. Also, Ștefan has an MBA degree from the University of Warwick UK.

Ines Matos PhD, Chapter Leader Data Science, Vodafone
Ines fell in love with machine learning & AI since the beginning. She has worked in this field for 20 years and is today one of the best leaders and data scientists in Vodafone. She also has a PHD in mathematics and computer science form the University of Aveiro.

Cristian Ioniță MBA, Digital Transformation Manager, Vodafone
Cristian is a senior professional with 20 years of experience. After he went through many different domains he decided that the field of digital transformation & machine learning is his passion.
Seeing the potential of AI, he became one of the best supporters promoting it as a speaker in all major conferences. He is an assistant lecturer of Statistics at Abertay University from UK and has an MBA degree from Bucharest International School of Management. Cristian is currently helping students and Vodafone to use Machine Learning and AI in their benefit.
