Masterclass – Leading teams that expand tech businesses globally
November 22 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
For technology companies, the local markets are more and more diffuse, having the global market at their disposal to expose their products. Being internationally successful is not easy, there are many factors that must be taken into account and most often managers ask themselves: where do I start?
All this complexity requires an agile way of building and leading teams and adapting business models to face all these changes.
This masterclass is for the professionals who activate in a successful business that is technology backed, who aim to penetrate international markets.
We will look at the first steps to follow in order to increase the chances of success, and we will zoom into the subject of team formation and adaptation. Real case studies of companies that have already expanded international will also be brought intro discussion to illustrate best practices and lessons learned.
After this masterclass, participants will better understand:
- How to choose the next market to conquer and what the next steps to follow;
- What are the metrics to measure in order to validate this strategic move and to further invest resources;
- How to form a team in that new market and how to successfully align it with the local team;
