One Day MBA Experience – September – Fully booked

Make sure you get in the “back to school” mood this September. You’ve heard others talk about an MBA, you may even know people who studied it, but you’re still in the dark when it comes to the program. Why is it so well viewed in the business world? SPEAKERS

Florin Ilie is Lecturer of Financial Strategy at BISM and Deputy CEO, Head of Wholesale Banking at ING Romania. Since joining ING, he had several roles, among which were Head of Financial Markets Corporate Sales for Central and Eastern Europe, CFO Retail Banking and Head of Equity Markets. He was ranked as a top 3 Central and Eastern Europe equity analyst in Thompson-Reuters’ Extel voting by institutional investors.

Vladimir Oane is Lecturer of Digital Transformation at BISM. Vladimir Oane co-founded UberVU in 2007, one of the first social media management services in the world. In 2014, Uber sold VU to Hootsuite in a deal estimated at $15-20 million. In 2019, he founded Deepstash, a global startup that helps people organize and preserve essential ideas from different fields. It was named the startup of the year by ANIS in 2020. The idea of ​​this company was inspired by his own passion for reading.

ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE MBA

Our part-time, 2-year, Executive MBA equips managers and entrepreneurs with a combination of soft and hard skills that will help them become better leaders.

The Executive MBA is a part time program, taking place over weekends (Saturday and Sundays), every other weekend, in Bucharest. Presence at the courses is mandatory.

Being an MBA program for working professionals, the BISM Executive MBA is less about exams, but more about individual, applied assignments. Usually, for each course you complete both group and individual assignments focusing on actual problems of an organization which you can apply to your own organization. This not only helps you to put your knowledge into practice, your company benefits from your knowledge right from the first course.

For the BISM EMBA, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Undergraduate degree (or higher);
• Minimum of seven years of relevant work experience;
• Minimum five years of managerial and leadership experience;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
