When faced with a crisis, most business leaders start considering cuts. Budgets, investment, personnel – they are all under scrutiny to save as much money as possible. However, great leaders don’t only look at cuts, but also at areas that can provide growth. At resources that can kickstart new business verticals and that can help the company turn out stronger from the crisis.
In preparation for our 11th EMBA intake (starting classes this November), we are running an MBA Challenge in which we discuss a hypothetical business case (maybe your own) and come up with ideas for growth. This will give you a taste of our Executive MBA and show why it might be even more valuable to invest in the program during a crisis.
We will be working in teams and we ask that you submit a business case if you want to, from which we will choose one to discuss during the event. The Challenge will be moderated by Adrian Stanciu, our Associate Dean for Knowledge and Leadership and Sergiu NeguÈ›, Associate Dean for Entrepreneurial Growth.
